ICHA delivers healthcare services across a wide range of community-based settings throughout Toronto, including shelters, supportive housing sites, drop-ins, and other partner locations. Our Locations Map provides an overview of where ICHA clinicians and program teams offer on-site medical care to individuals experiencing homelessness or  housing instability.

 

Services are delivered directly within community environments to improve accessibility, reduce barriers to care, and support continuity of care for populations who may not be connected to traditional healthcare settings.
