About us   

We are a full-service addiction clinic available to serve unhoused persons in Toronto.  

Our clients 

This program is intended for High-risk ICHA/ICFHT clients with substance use needs, clients who have complex needs and/or are at high risk for overdose/hospitalizations.  

Location  

Inner City Family Health Team – 69 Queen Street East 3rd Floor, Toronto.  

Hours 

Monday-Friday 1:30-4:30 

Comprehensive Services 

Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT), Safer Opioid Supply (SOS), Alcohol Treatment (ETOH), STOP (smoking), Contingency Management, Primary Care, Psychiatry, Social Worker, Counselling, Case Management, Peer Support 

Eligibility 

• Clients wanting to make a change to Substance Use 
• Clients must consent to service. 
• Clients must be able to attend on-site appointments.  
• Clients must be an active or former client of an ICHA site or Program.
