Ms. Janet Gasparelli is a Haudenosaunee Social Worker, Italian Canadian and a member of the Six Nations of the Grand River Territory. Throughout her career, she has led community/social and health care programs, with a focus on humanizing workplace cultures for team and client benefit. Janet has diverse experience working along the housing spectrum supporting Indigenous men experiencing homelessness. Through her academic training and hands-on experience, Janet has harnessed specialized skills in program development and change management.
