Charleen Austin comes to ICHA as a senior health leader and Registered Nurse with vast and diverse experience in acute care, primary, and community care on local, regional, and national levels.  Charleen is a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders and has a Master’s in Health Leadership. She is passionate about interprofessional collaboration and optimizing the scope of practice for nurses.  She is a strong advocate for social justice and health equity and strives to support broad system level optimization to promote the universal human right of health for all.
