Anoosha Mussaddeq

Anoosha is a lawyer at SE Health with a strong commitment to advancing equitable and compassionate care for vulnerable populations. She holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, where her academic research focused on policing and homelessness in Ontario. During her time at Osgoode, Anoosha gained frontline advocacy experience through the legal aid clinic, representing marginalized clients and supporting access to justice initiatives.

Anoosha brings extensive expertise in corporate governance from her previous role as Corporate Secretary and Canadian Lead of the Subsidiary Governance Office at a major financial institution, where she advised boards on governance and regulatory best practices. As a lawyer with significant litigation and governance experience, she offers strengths in legislative interpretation, risk mitigation, and quality improvement. Her commitment to service is further reflected in her volunteer experience at a long-term care home, where she supported seniors living with dementia, reinforcing her dedication to dignified, person-centered care and improving outcomes for vulnerable communities.
