INNER CITY ADDICTIONS AND CONSULTATION SERVICES - ICACS
What is ICACS? ICACS is a referral-based program that seeks to help identify appropriate treatment and intervention goals for underserved, inner city, substance users. We provide client-centered assessment, brief intervention and advise community-based agencies regarding the management of clients’ addiction concerns, with consideration of their concurrent health, mental health, and social issues. The program is a partnership of the Inner City Health Associates (ICHA), the Seaton House Family Health Team, Concurrent Disorders Support Services , Fred Victor Centre, and Good Shepherd Ministries
